Picking Up More Retro Video Games at CEX! £30 Limit & Some Real Gems...

Game hunting again, This time with a £30 limit! We head to CEX to check out what they have for PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3.
We picked up 5 games, 4 for PS3 and 1 for PS2 and we have a little walk and chat about life, Retro gaming, Collecting and more!
These videos are my therapy, Currently waiting surgery on my back so pretty much housebound so getting out for daily walks is key, Plus good for my metal health.

Dude I love every one of your vids no matter what you are doing. You are real and we appreciate it. Also super understandable about vid games prices.. Jebus.. there are so many nostalgia choices that I want so hard but are like.. Katching.. too expensive. LUL . Also I may have sciatica as well with some super sharp pain in the lower hip, ahem if I stand too long. Which is so annoying considering I went from going to 24 hour edm shows and then whole day fun fairs after to like.. 4 hours and I need to go home and rest for a week from the back spasms. Getting older sucks.

Mr sheen and a micro fibre cloth, great for taking the stickers off and great for getting rid of the residue. Just remember to take out the art work first. 😊

Another nice bundle of pickups, loads of great games out there too many to mention but as you like lego, not something you will get at cex but worth looking at lego dimensions as mixes gaming with building a little bit of lego. Stickers i hate too though i keep them on expensive pickups, but tip Mr Sheen good for getting residue off the boxes.

I've been doing it for about 9 months now so starting to get into some expensive ones, but not going to go too expensive, one other thing you can keep an eye out for is gaming markets, you will be surprised there are a few prepare old school stores that come together at the events.

I understand what you're saying about modern gaming, i agree and never play fifa cod fortnight or any of that but there is a fantastic, affordable indie market out there. I just paid 8 quid for a game called Bramble the mountain king. Blew me away. Still wakes the deep, plague tale, broken sword reforged to name a few. Give it a look pal. Hope your back gets better soon, i had sciatica, hated it. I lost some weight and it went away. All the best mate.

I wouldn't deny yourself in terms of gaming. There are quite a few older peeps who are quite successful. In the end, be you and people well appreciate it. Numbers are a charade and will o wisp. Chase them and you will always get lost. Enjoy what you enjoy. Period. And you will find others who appreciate it.
