Not gonna lie, I would totally watch an anime about a caveman getting Isekaied. Bro would look at a bow and arrow and think it's magic, then freak out when he sees actual magic. Give him the MC treatment and make him freakishly strong because magic boosts his strength stat. Have him learn to speak, but never master it. And have him be fascinated by EVERYTHING the first time he sees it. Like he spends a solid 2 minutes just staring at a fork cuz the idea of utensils is blowing his mind. Totally sounds worth a watch.
