I know right I’ve seen every interview every podcast read every book and every audio book I listen to him speak everyday before workouts and at work and in the car and at home I’m obsessed I even started posted running videos and signed up for marathons he’s changed my life I’m the same as far as I was a clown in school trying to impress people and had a soft mind and was 300 lbs at one point but after I discovered goggins I’ve lost 45 lbs went from 245 to 200 and now I’m in control of my mind he’s my favorite human right now

He’s the only person that ever pushed me to get off my ass!! I can’t explain how I got pulled in to his energy! Watched him on joe rogan and I was hooked!! I want to see the guy that’s willing to submerge himself in fucking hell!!!😂😂😂

Interviewer: “Are you afraid of anything?” David Goggins: “I’m afraid of everything.” And that’s what makes him the strongest. He knows he’s afraid, and he attacks his fears directly and conquers them. All of them.

The main thing is that this guy has a good heart.

he had a hole in his heart ya know.

I just hope David doesn't eventually get in to politics or become politicized like Elliot Hulse. Dude was great in his heyday and now he's just an angry aging guy obsessed with Hillary conspiracies
@vagabond4576 Жыл бұрын
@@JohnSmith-pg9ns He actually covers that when speaking against Dan Crenshaw. Its not his thing. And the older interviews he is pretty good in not really taking sides. So hes very tactful. Your more political than he ever will be.

What an incredible story David has. It reminds me of the Bible verse, "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7)

The brain ia pretty complex though, you should do something that sucks everyday at least until you've fully earned a goood retirement but there should also be a times such as 15 minutes everyday (when you are at a relatively stable point in life before retirement) to really do an activity of novelty and learning such as learning to do X which you find interesting maybe it's art or maybe you have your own laboratory...

What really hurts is not even one fuck word came out of Goggin’s, that’s tough to cope with.
