omg this man's story reminds me so much of my own. For an entire year, I went to the gym & became completely OBSESSED with working out. I did 250 FLIGHTS of stairs in an hour. At the time, I was 38. On top of that, I had a very strict vegan diet. I also lifted weights. That adrenaline he speaks about, the obsession is something I felt everyday. Than something happened that triggered me to stop & I am now, a year later totally depressed. I think the things I saw on the news got to me. The big TV at the gym played that continually but I should of kept going REGARDLESS. My kids were so proud of me & I was proud of myself. I guess, it's never too late to start back up again. Thanks for the inspiration!
@unverifiedprofile82565 жыл бұрын
Get back after it ! It's definitely not easy to get things done, especially when dealing with depression. As someone that's been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, I know exactly what you mean. It's important to lean on the discipline side of getting things done, regardless of how you feel. For example, raising your children. I'm sure you had days where you didn't wanna go to work, didnt wanna do this or that, but you knew you had to do it to pay bills, feed your children, etc. You might not feel it's as important to apply that same discipline to working out as opposed to taking care of your family, but you can do it. You might not be able to do what you once were able to, but set small goals. To do 50 pushups today. 50 situps tomorrow. Run 1 mile the next day. Etc. You'd be absolutely surprised how just a little goal, no matter how small, after accomplished, can help you push yourself out of that depression, etc. Just a little flame can light the fuse and blow up the dynamite. Good Luck Mate! Hope this helps.

That's a wonderful idea. Refresh your mind with the right information. It helps clear your mindset and it serves as a guide in life. Anyway, if I could make a video on something that could help you. What would that be?

⭐🌟💟🌟⭐ I can't say enough good things about David, this interview was so priceless, I was totally locked in and focused. But when he cusses, it just throws off your focus. To use a metaphor, a graphic metaphor reminiscent of David.... Actually forget it, I'm not going to do that, it would definitely throw off your focus. I'm just grateful for this interview, this clip is more motivating, then your average 1 hour "Motivational Speaker".🤓

You gotta stoke your obsession with repetition of THOUGHT! Repetition of thought creates a feeling which creates an action when repeated creates a habit which creates your life. It all starts with the thought and also the FEELING! You will never marry your minds intention with your bodies actions until you FEEL like it. You create the feeling by repeated focused thought.
