This looks delicious! Thank you for sharing✨ I like my sandwiches messy, so this is perfect! My sandwiches usually consist of (but not limited to) tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and/or spinach, sauerkraut, mushrooms, banana peppers, cucumbers, pickles, sun dried tomatoes and whatever other veggie I can throw on it. The condiments are usually plant based mayo, a lot of mustard, and a generous sprinkling of smoked paprika. I sprinkle some nutritional yeast over it, and sometimes sprinkle black salt (“egg” salt) on it, but only if I want the egg flavor. So basically, I’m making a salad into a sandwich 🥪 😅 Thank you again for sharing this sandwich idea. Be well, stay kind and blessings to all✨

Can’t say I’ve ever heard of a pickle-wich… so if anything, I’d use a large thick lettuce leaf as the bread & stuff that But I love tomato & cucumber sandwiches with mayo, salt & basil … & a thin slice of mozzarella would go nicely too 😊

You can do this with Cucumbers. Hollow out the Cucumberans our a cream cheese vegetable spread and season to your liking. Then add the meats, cheese, etc

Growing up, we used to make, boiled potato sandwiches, slice them, put on homemade white bread, with mustard and mayo, salt and pepper, so good. Spam would be good too.
