Be more careful people. Women keep your bag close to your front in arms.or leave it at home just bring your purse and keep in an inner pocket. men keep your wallet in front if possible zipped inner pocket.

This is crazy..how do these people get so close to u to pick ur pocket or bag.. if someone in 3 feet of u tell them to move ..always keep urself safe.

3:07 Don't think it's over for them. Now they're known to police and on their radar if not already known. There are other risk management measures that can be taken the are alternatives to arrests and if breached can lead to more serious repercussions.
