Pickup my new Transmission - Unbox it with me!

I am so so so so excited to be partnering with ‪@TREMECPerformance‬ ! If you're familiar with my channel, you will know last race season I had some trouble launching the car, and sometimes on my shifts. I will be replacing my old Tremec 3550 with a TKX! and I will also be installing a new clutch, bell housing, and cross member!
I'm excited to install all of these parts soon, and feel the difference on the track.

Purchased ours from LMR cam with break in oil and regular oil, the pain is having to dial in your bell housings, with in .05 th,

I hope you like your TKX. As you know when we spoke at norwalk im not impressed with mine. I wish i would of spent the little extra and got the 6 speed. On a positive note it seems to be holding a good amount of torque. I was wondering what clutch did you go with?

@LalaFox92 you will like that clutch. My problem with the TKX is it doesn't shift over 6k rpm very quickly. Tremec advertised like 8k rpm shifts and I'm here to say I have to granny shift my car at 6200rpm.

That’s the plan! I love installing parts on my car - it’s most of the content on my channel. Are you a new viewer? If so , then welcome 😊 A dog box isn’t necessary, I’m not even sure of any mustangs that have them. While this hobby is really expensive I’m blessed enough to be able to afford and work my butt off to support my current goals.

@@LalaFox92 Well, it's just that I was doin this shit back in the 80's and 90's where we had to do shit like grind our own camshafts and fabricate our own intakes to take turbos, and port our own heads, ya know, real ole school shit!, I ain't new to this shit, I'M TRUE TO THIS SHIT!, make sure you post that install, otherwise imo think your a poser, lemme see you get dirty, bust some knuckles, get frustrated, all that good shit!, then I'll know you real, otherwise, your a premadonna, with a shop car doing KZbin videos for likes for thirsty soyboys, and, you're not that, are you???
