What a fantastic video, thank you!!! I also love how a lot of the recipes use the same ingredients, so if you want to make them all in a week you can just get a load of potatoes, broccoli, and bell pepper you're pretty much good to go (makes meal planning so easy)! I’m an avid user of thai curry pastes and red lentils because of you, lol. The curries truly add such a depth of flavor. I love that you add the coconut yogurt as well. It looks so thick and creamy but I have never tried it. Do you have a brand of yogurt you are partial to? I find plant base yogurts’ consistency to be so runny but the kind you use never is. Thanks for sharing.

@@Chrissy4281 yeah, I live in the UK and most big grocery stores sell it in the refrigerated plant based section. They make Greek style yogurt that’s soy, coconut or oat based but personally oat is my fave. I’ve also lived in Portugal and found it there too so it might be worth going to one of the big grocery stores local to you and see if you can find anything 😊

Hi Sadia and Robin! I absolutely adore your videos ❤ I've been trying a lot of recipes and loved every single one. There is one thing I keep noticing: scraping the knife across your cutting board haha The edge of a knife blade is quite strong when pressed straight up and down, but can bend easily when pushed from side to side. Scraping up food with the knife perpendicular to the board will throw the edge of the blade out of alignment, dulling it. Excited for the next video!
