There isn't THE perfect mutant in the game because you have to build a Team which works as one of the best teams. There are just very good mutants like zeus,urgan,lancelot,owlock etc..

All mutants have their own cases on being the “best”. The game is really strategy-based and mutants work best when the genes and orbs work in your favor. Maybe rephrase the question and say “what mutant in each gene is the best?” That narrows it down and makes it easier to pick based on base level stats and ability.

It depends, maybe you can try these? Curse, curse, speed Attack, attack, speed Health, curse, speed

Try Speed Attack and Curse. There's no point adding two Curse orbs as his Curse is very good.

It still does though? With curse, curse, speed, you don't expect that glubber to last very long in the battle but its main purpose is to brutally curse the opposing mutants. Since glubber's curse is very good and its speed is decent, putting two curse orbs can severely negate the damage of the opposing mutants. But your suggestion is good as well!

What? Attack Attack on Nightmare? No no. He's already the Zeus killer, why not bump his Curse? Nightmare and Zeus together are two top speedsters in a team. I use Nightmare a lot in the PvP and have won against higher players. In so use to using him, I know his strengths and weaknesses. I'm seeing more of him in the PvP now.
