Thanks for your video. From my body check, I have a 3cm 肝血管瘤 and several 膽囊息肉及结石, should I eat high cholestrol (eg. egg yolk, seafood and food with high fat)? For my breakfast, I eat one boiled egg, a small avocado, one banana every morning. Should I eat egg yolk and avocado for my case? Please advise.

Actually it’s not oxidation that cause small particle LDL. It’s chronic inflammation. So cut down on omega 6, sugar and carb

Age 61 male with all the tests result normal but LDL 173 & HDL 95, total 283. Pls comment, with a diet of fatty lamb and beef meat, no sugar & low carbohydrate.

Dont worry about cholesterol, it's all a lie to scare us. U doing the right thing doing the carnivore diet and avoiding sugar and carbs. Also avoid those industrial seed/vegetable oil(canola, cottonseed, corn, soy, sunflower, saff-flower, grapeseed, rapeseed, palm).
