I read a short story very similar, the O mouth, thick atmospehere and finally, a magnfying glass to find the landed alien ship. Brilliant idea, still valid and as novel today.

There's a story in the 'hitchhikers guide to the galaxy' were a alien galactic force attempt to attack earth but due to a mistake in size they are all eaten by a little dog !! 😂

Excellent one, I love the voice actors. Wonder if this is the original version of this story? Theres even a recent UK tv ad with similarities. Hope thats not too spoilery

Douglas Addams wrote a quick little paragraph about an invading alien life form that had entered Earth's atmosphere and had a powerful weapon that could destroy the planet but it was saved when a dog yawned and swallowed the entire ship!😆
