The pace of life feels like it’s ever-increasing. Longing to find a natural rhythm that feels balanced and in harmony, I posted this longer video today to slow the scroll, and for you to receive an extra moment to breathe and be present.
Every conversation I had this week took a moment to acknowledge how quickly October arrived, asking the question “What can we do to slow things down?”
I wonder sometimes if it is really the speeding up of time that troubles us or the way we spend it. If we give deeper meaning to each moment, forge deeper connections, express a greater love and joy in all that we do, would we even think of time as fast or slow? Or would we simply savor times richness and contemplate all of the beauty that it holds.
I hope your weekend is filled with meaning, richness and joy. I hope that you forget that time exists entirely, and are in awe of the beauty this life holds and has in store.
