Agreed, I've forwarded to both parents and both my grown children when they need to calm the anxiety caused by the world surrounding them. Tell them to take 4 deep breaths as in with positive healing and out with any negative thoughts or sickness..until they breath in love and out love and find themselves as worthy as they are!!
