What’s helped me is defining the task by the goal i want to achieve. I’m not motivated when i see “go to the gym”, but i am when i see “i want to feel good in my body” - and as long as i take steps, whatever those may be that day towards that goal, I’m good.

I’m so glad you liked the video! I think you’re right, I definitely went overboard with the goals. Better to start small and work my way up! I used both my Sony ZVE10 and the DJI Osmo pocket 3 in this video. Mostly the Sony indoors and the DJI outdoors.

I'm using a tracker I made in Google Docs to check off things that I accomplish on a daily basis. That way, I'm able to check at the end of the day, and the week and the month to see if i'm on track. I hope that answered your question!
