😅I’ve been receiving many questions and requests about the availability of the 3-Part Journal. While I initially thought the system could be adapted to any notebook, I’ve decided to release a PDF version for purchase. I’m currently working on it and will let you know as soon as it’s available through a KZbin post. If you’d like, you can also sign up for my newsletter to receive the latest updates. Thank you! P.S. I'd love to hear how you plan to turn it into a book format once you download the 3-Part Journal. If you're interested, please share your thoughts!

This was a great video. My biggest struggle with journaling is understanding how to set goals and how to think about them and set smaller goals to achieve big ones. This really showed me some quality tips and makes goal setting much more plausible and realistic.

Hi! This video is very inspiring! Thank you. I’m actually a journaling junkie and I noticed lately I stopped journaling. I think I lost my routines as my life overwhelmed me, for example I just gave birth to our 2nd baby. So now when I watched this video it inspired me to go back again with a new mindset or new ideas in mind. I realized that I’m a type of person that don’t like to have the same setup every single year. It changes as I go but still have a system in the journal itself. I have been using the hobonichi style set up before and I’ve been making my own setup in a bullet journal. Then I switched to more journaling freestyle entry and less of the weekly view for half of this year and it worked at that time. Now I noticed it’s not working and needed a motivation of ideas to try again and I saw this. So thank you for this video. I myt give this a try!

I love how everything flows so nicely together. I've wanted to do more with journaling, but the random, disjointed pages of information have always seemed so counterproductive. I'm going to give your 3 part system a try. It seems as if there's a logical reason for each page, and I like that each page connects back to the goals on the flip-out pages.

I completely understand that everyone has their own preferred style of journaling and goal-setting. If you haven’t started yet, you might find it helpful to begin with a simple stream-of-consciousness journaling style-no rules, no structure. Just take some time to reflect on your day and your life. I practiced the stream-of-consciousness or "mind dump" style of writing for years. While it helped me process emotions, I eventually felt like something was missing. I wanted a more intentional, goal-oriented approach that could lead to meaningful changes. My hope is to share what has worked for me ☺️

I don't really understand what this 3 minutes reflecting has to do with saving me from mindless scrolling
@BugsyB19792 күн бұрын
Did you watch it? She refers to it more again towards the end of the video.
@jirafstudio2 күн бұрын
By spending three minutes reflecting, your mindless scrolling might become more mindful. For example, when you pick up your phone or tablet, you'll be thinking about one of your goals and you will be more inclined to look up a video or an article about a task that leads to your goal.
