11 grams of dry yeast.
2 egg whites.
70 grams of melted butter.
Sift 600 grams of wheat flour.
6 grams of salt.
Cream:
2 yolks.
50 grams of powdered sugar.
20 grams of cornstarch.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
Pinch of salt.
300 ml of warm milk.
30 grams of soft butter.
