I often bake homemade buns according to this recipe, cottage cheese buns are very airy, soft and delicate.
400 ml of warm milk.
50 g of sugar.
10 g of dry yeast.
40 g butter.
Sift 650 g of wheat flour.
6 g of vanillin.
6 g of salt.
Place the dough in a bowl and set aside for 1 hour.
Cottage cheese filling:
250 g of cottage cheese.
30 g of sugar.
1 egg white.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of water.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!

Brush with egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
