This is a great setup. I had the opportunity to check it out at FDIC and I personally think this was the best pumper setup out of everything I saw. Low hose bed, everything accessible, great design and spec'd to work not to just look pretty.

I like this pumper but it would be better if the ground ladders had compartment storage i love the low hose bed

I really like the discharge and intakes valves all controlled by handwheel instead of the usual push/pull levers.

I prefer the T Handle Push/Pull anyday, much quicker than standing there spinning a wheel.

Turns out DeKalb is a city in Georgia, ironically it is also the part of the rig you ride in. Nice rig

I'm a former FD Engineer. Now that's a nicely designed pump panel!

The only 2 things I dislike about the Pump Panel are the Wheel Discharge Valves, and Computerized Pressure Throttle System. I'll take the Old Style Push/Pull T Handle Valves, and Vernier Turn Throttle anyday, but I am Old School. That Computerized Pressure Throttle is just something more that will be a costly replacement when it eventually quits functioning Properly.

Does it have a flap down seat in the rear of the cab

+Dominique Dunn My local fire department has some of the older ones. On the Engines all seats are front facing but on one of the older trucks the rear SCBA seats are rear facing with flip down forward facing for non emergency calls. They do not utilize EMS cabinets in the Arrow XTs.

Needs a Federal Q Mechanical Siren to be a Real Fire Truck, just sayin

You need something where people will MOVE - Federal Q is good but people are STUPID. I have rolled on calls where my tower guy had that baby and the air horns going full out and folks still wouldn't move. On the new truck we have a Rumbler along with the FQ and the horns-Much better.
