Watching your videos brings me so much joy! I've finally cleared out my closet and I'm thinking of restarting my yoga practice and sticking to it this time. Sending you love and best wishes :)

What about a or two Forward Helix? I think it would fit nicely... A Snug is nice, too.. but I think, it takes soooo long to heal...

I am sincerely just wondering/inquiring as I do not understand and love to learn other people's viewpoints and how one comes to these decisions. No judgment here other that I'm glad I found you and adored your list of preferred book reads posted a few years back 🙏

I think high nostril piercings would look super cute on you and keep with your symmetry look!

I have been thinking about those! I am just not sure about it - I am kinda afraid that it would look too cluttered. :O

Hello. I've found you and your site/videos via a very strange means but then again, that's the path one can say! I also am an Ashtangi. I have a question, it's one I have pondered and see in my community but do wonder. Why one gets piercings and why is it so important to them? I'm all about hobbies et.al but find this 'life choice' strange ( I won't say unusual or cutting edge because neither are the case) and truly would love to understand. Like you I have been fortunate to have traveled pretty extensively and have settled in Europe. I saw all this stuff in San Francisco 35 years ago, and interpreted it as kind of self harm but possibly a means to 'differentiate ' or 'make obvious/show' oneself...neither of which (atleast in my vision) are compatible with Ashtanga. I'm sincerely wondering what your thoughts are on this. And while I'm at it, I'll throw in tattoos as well! This again is old school and currently, there are tons of money makers out there now making a fine business out of removing/modifying poor or no longer loved tattoo jobs. Shouldn't this process involve a bit of focus, reflection and thought before us humans ink up our skin?

I heard the anti-tragus takes alot longer to heal... I really think a daith piercing would suit you, as all your piercings look awesome 😎 Awesome video as always 😊

Totally! It may take 1 year to 1.5 years to heal! :O Most of my cartilage piercings needed a full year to heal though and my rook is still healing at almost 3 years old so around 1 year is manageable! :) I've never thought about a daith piercing! Thank you! :)

@@theminimalistninja I have a daith piercing, I found it easy to manage as it's inside the ear, so doesn't get dumped as easy as my other piercings did xxx

Claiming to be a Minimalist why have piercings?
@theminimalistninja3 жыл бұрын
Minimalism to me is about living in alignment with my values and focusing on experiences over stuff. What those experiences are will depend hugely on your values (define those if you haven't already). Piercings for me, fit right in there! :)

Nina you know that I love you but you are not a minimalist when it comes to piercings LOL , Thanks for the close up of your pretty face! Ich wünschte ich könnte deine Ohren berühren
