@@baigani0 People always said shit like this. Back in the day people were complaining about how soft the players you mentioned were compared to those in the 80s. And in the 80s, it surely was the same phenomenon. Fact of the matter is that football has become so much more professionalized and athletic that the skill level increased massively. So even if people think players today are soft, there is no doubt that these soft players would completely destory the legendary teams of 20 years ago. Just because they are better trained, more tactically advanced and more athletic.
@lucciocalappa3 жыл бұрын
@@JamanWerSonst yeah your argument is good but you forget that football was also tougher back in the 80’s and was even worse in the 20’s. That’s a fact, balls were harder and heavier, the kits weren’t so technical, the pitch wasn’t that cured and most importantly many fouls weren’t whistled. The yellow card tackles you see nowadays were no foul in the 20’s, just to say. That, added to a really elementary level of biogenetic knowledge, made football a really dangerous game to play, probably worser than rugby because of the massive use of our legs, which are our strongest part of the body. Soo now you understand, football back then was for really passionate people!

You know, even if you love watching football for years, it is not always certain to admit someone being a referee... Most of important games bring kind of wish, like "I hope it's not someone with ambition to be the main event himself this time", but Collina was something else, you can see that he had the empathy to get into players vision, so he judged it double like. He could yell like a captain to a team mate, or just have the advantage of already knowing better. It is a rare thing to archieve one of those things, so for someone able to do it at the same time, the word is LEGEND.
