I don't get how they can put a tractor/crane out there without a gazillion flashing warning lights regardless of the condition of the weather or if the track is closed and without cars? To do it in rain while the cars are still out there is amazingly stupid. If I was a tractor driver, I would have refused to risk my and other lives. This was horrendous, it looks like they put it out there BEFORE red-flagging. A lot of ignored security points to discuss and evaluate...

The tractor got there after the red flag. And also Gasly is driving too fast for the yellow flag.

1ºHe was driving on the Delta, so was doing nothing bad. 2ºEven red flag, no tractor should be on track when car is still on it. 0 discussion on that. RIP Jules
