Best Wishes to your little one Ramsey, plenty of Jello and Ice Cream!🍦 That's one of the most stressful experiences as a parent leaving the care of your most beloved in another's hands. I've been on both sides and never fully understood until I myself became a parent. As I work in Anaesthesia of course doing paeds ( Kids) at least one parent is allowed to accompany their child to the O.R. Before I became a parent my mindset of course is to do my job at my utmost best but the parent on induction of anaesthesia could be an obstacle to me performing my role properly as they often were upset and delayed what to us was urgent care to an anaesthetised patient. They would be quickly escorted out while we would be maintaining a life. Often we would raise our eyebrows and feel relieved the parent has left. Fast forward to me becoming a parent of 2 boys on holiday in Japan with a 3 yr old and 1 yr old. My 3 yr old fell over in a playground and fractured his elbow, I knew straight away by the scream he emitted, anyway sorry to ramble...guess who was the worst parent ever at the hospital blubbering away as my Son was taken out of my arms to have an X ray?? Me! I couldn't control myself. That was a life lesson to me, so after that when I had said scenario as explained earlier I make sure the parent has someone to accompany them and care for them once they leave the O.R. As for your perfume thoughts, I totally agree. Sort of in line with Roudnitsksa's in having a perfume that shocks or causes a reaction. Lovely words, great scents and info. All credit to your channel’s success to you. There was a need for someone like you on KZbin and you recognized that. I hope your daughter recovers quickly and fully. Life can be beautiful and ugly. Some of the most compelling perfumes blend both, but I don’t believe that is required. Some can be all sunshine; some all shadows.

Thanks for the kind words and thanks for commenting... love hearing ur oponion and I think you are right perfumes can be all beautiful or all ugly but I think to me anyways the best perfumes find a way to blend both... maybe a little cumin or civet with those flowers 😂 As a side note I didnt do any market testing or playing a character to fill a hole I thought I found in youtube... i just try and turn on the camera and out comes Ramsey... if I did end up filling a hole it is pure coincidental 😊🍻

I apologize.. surgery day with kiddo is stressfull ... she finally fell asleap but its on me so i cant move 😂🤦 Your are correct however the hole got filled I am lucky to have filled it but I do feel blessed to have such support along the way... thays why I said you all are the best first 1000 subs a guy could ask for and I am grateful for each and everyone of you 🙏

Avoiding talking yourself out of a sale is a skill every teenager should learn!! 👩‍❤‍💋‍👨😄 Incidentally, I gave my 6 year old nephew a few pointers and you should see him manipulate his parents. 😂 Talking oregano, ever since I started using it in my pizzas over a decade ago, I realized that it gave me strong pencil-shaving vibes. Combined with an atlas cedar, it's a near perfect representation of a #2 pencil. 😆 Gawd I love that smell. Terrible shame Tom Ford axed Negrin's Extreme. Probably my favourite of his creations.

RAM, I m totally with you on Amouage. I ve been a huge fan myself. When I got a sample of boundless a female co worker of mine, told me that it smells exactly like a cheapy for women on which other colleagues agreed...and the crap with the altars- no thank you. It s already insane that we pay 300 - 400 € for a product that in production costs less than 15 €... but hey, parfums are luxury products... and in the past, I never regreted buying an amouage because it performed beastly & was a peace of art.

I quickly learned from watching KZbin to trust your own nose and if able sample before and not blind buy an expensive fragrance. So, I bought a 5ml decant of Interlude Man. Oh Yeah, Love it! Shopping for a full bottle. Informative video

Best advice I could give someone starting out is to trust your own nose... and if you like something even if I or anyone else says its shite ... wear it & love it Try to find an older bottle interlude like mine... the new one with the name written on the front of the bottle I have never smelled 😬

The first fragrance that got me thinking about fragrances not just about smelling good but as a form of personal expression was Black Orchid which was also done by Pierre Negrin and was the first Tom ford fragrance. He knocked it out of the park with interlude which was also his first for Amouage I think. He needs to do a Frederic Malle ASAP.

I really like the original interlude & held out for a long time trying Black Iris... i finally caved when I found a bottle at a great price & glad I did ... I still dont like the whole Amouage doing flankers bit... but I can at least now accept that black Iris is a good fragrance 😊

Talking about the vetivers in the opening, for me , after I smelled Private Label and Incident Diplomatique, I don't need another vetiver. I mean what can be more " vetivery" than those? I might want to try Nishane's Sultan Vetiver, that one sounds different and intriguing, but at least Private Label is a beast on its own league

I agree with you on private label and incident diplomatique ... tbh I love Sultan Vetiver... I have a decant and will have a full bottle later this year....my other favorite Vetivers are Encre Noire (All 3 versions) & Guerlains Vetiver... Rojas is last 😂

Stopped by the Amouage counter at Neiman Marcus last weekend and noticed they repackaged the Opus line. They are in the same bottles as the men's line, but all a textured purple and gray color combo. No character like the other Amouage bottles. Not sure what they're doing.

My bottle of Interlude Men is almost finished, so before buying a new one I went to check Black Iris and Interlude 53. And in my opinion Interlude 53 is by far the best of the 3 versions. Even though the 3 smell very similar, Interlude 53 is the more refined in my opinion. Have you smelled Interlude 53? If yes, what is your opinion about it? and which one is your favorite version of Interlude?
