😂😂😂 PSDT using every bit of cunning and the mateship afterwards is awesome to see and why i love rugby. There's few other rivalries in sports that match that of our ABs and the Bokkies. I remember watching the 2011 RWCF in a pub in Melbourne packed with Kiwis. The atmosphere was so tense and at high anxiety levels that it was such a relief when the final whistle blew. Can I ask Bokkies fans if they felt the same in this RWCF considering the game was close?

Nothing comes close to our rivalry my good man - when I knew we were playing the ABs in the final I was so stoked I didn't actually care who won, I was just so glad we were playing the greatest rugby nation of all time in the match we both deserved!

@@smartalecc I was 13 yrs old when I first saw the Mighty Boks, the fourth test 1965 in Auckland. Though I was euphorically happy the ABs won, I was so in awe of the Boks that day, my Uncle's had taken me to the match. To this day the Springboks live in my heart and I too was happy that we lost to them in RWCF. My son flew to the USA on a work trip and he watched the NFL Super bowl. There, he met Francois Pienaar and brought me back the photo of them together knowing how much I loved the Bokkies. It brought tears to my eyes.

@@tonyparangi7397I was 10 years old in '81.We waked up 5 in the morning to see the test matches. Today 41 years later I remembered as if it was yesterday,how I felt fear seeing the mighty Black's run on to the field.I remember I felt fear seeing them and thought as a kid the mammoth task ahead for our heroes in green and gold .As a rivalry in sport nothing comes close. LONG may it last!

Aaron Smith in any case has joined the scrum from offside position when he placed his hand on PSDT shoulder. Penalty. The try given to ab was another forward forward pass. Within the first 5 min Faf was tackled and held down on ab tryline. Penalty try. Its 2 months down the line ab, stop crying. William Webb Ellis Cup will be in SA for 4 years.
@wikusroos3068
@wikusroos3068 8 ай бұрын
Seems like there was some double crying there, AB crying over an obvious penalty and you crying about BS. As a sollid Bokke supporter, that was a clear yellow. Binding means placing a shoulder, not a hand… We were lucky that a blind ref officiated. Sorry NZ!!

@@wikusroos3068are you blind or slow? He is pushing down on pstd's back clearly affecting the scrum , then binds a 2nd hand on his buttocks. Penalty to SA all day long. AS took a chance but it didn't pay off.

@@wikusroos3068" we were lucky that a blinf ref officied " you said.... 3 times in a row.... it's not lucky.... Some people thinks it's money or gold watchs. Perhaps tut his time there is no evidence. For me for the 1/4 where 5 NZ referees was more than blind, it's the good job of Erasmus who afraid rWC TMO and also the Little bit hidden desire NZ who wanted play the less strong in final.

You’re clueless. The Boks play a rush and drift cover defence. Meaning they miss a lot of tackles, because their goal isn’t to tackle, it’s to disrupt and slow down.
