In my country we cook Pig-Heart too, with sour-cream and lots of vegetables, it´s called "Rahmherz"... But this way of preparation is going to be extremely chewy! On the other hand i´ve heard that Asian cuisine is also a lot about texture of foodstuff, so this might be actually be the idea behind it... And it does look good, with many different colors and textures! I should really go to Vietnam some time to try some of those Street-foods :D

westerners have to stop thinking their food is the most civilised food in the world, u guys eat macncheese and what, tacos(from mexico) and some of ur food is raw, like raw duck meat and tartare

@@brendonseng7557 I think that is a genuine food safety concern. (tbh, you can not even be sure they are from a Western country since eastern countries can vary a lot and even within them different regions may prepare things differently) Pigs can contain parasites that can be deadly when transmitted to humans. Parasites than effect ducks do not survive in human hosts though you could still get sick from bacteria if it is not prepared properly. Undercooked or food made without proper hygiene anywhere can lead to illness or even death.

@@brendonseng7557 None of that is American 😂 and food you find gross isn’t the same as food that is literally unsafe. Pigs are filthy, no part of them should be eaten raw. The Vietnamese government even told its people to refrain from eating undercooked swine after MASSIVE reports of food borne outbreaks like streptococcus suis infection

The heart and the tongue are the best parts of an animal to eat ngl! And this is heart is actually perfect for me, i like my food bloody lol XD It would taste even better if it's stir fried with some shallots and fish sauce then eat on rice with some veggie side dish! Also you wasted a perfectly good chance to marinate that heart with the instant noodle's soup pack. Trust me it tastes HEAVENLY after a lil marinating!
