Pete I'd recommend keeping just one channel you don't need more work to do editing. Keep it simple. Your channel is doing well enough don't worry about us viewers, if we watch detailed tractor restoration or not your people will stick around waiting for farm work to show up in your next videos.

Exactly.,...I watch some of the tractor videos as I have an interest, but until I start tearing down tractors myself, I can't always sit through a full video...I like the farm videos as mindless animal watching but I love Pete's reflections and dad jokes...I can always find something I like in a video...As someone once said,, he's the "Paul Harvey" of KZbin.

if your views per video have fallen off this winter,, it’s not all because of the content. You Tube deprioritizes channels that don’t put out weekly content. to have you tube keep your channel in its top recommendations you have to put out a video weekly. also a lot of creators are asking their viewers to check to see if their channel has been unfollowed. you tube is unfollowing channels without the viewer knowing about it. so if a channel dosent come up for awhile in peoples feed they didn’t know that they had been unfollowed from a channel & the channel had new content that they hadn’t watched

FYI I think your tractor videos are not only super interesting for an old lady that only minimally plays with her VW anymore, but invaluable to have and serve the world, especially in these times. We need these videos for our future farmers. Especially if times get weirder than they already are. Your knowledge is invaluable. Pete, I'm only one voice. that said, please don't change the format of your technical videos too much. I personally appreciate the level of detail and time in each video. I feel like I've picked up a lot of tractor knowledge from your content, even though I'm more interested in Ford than IH. my 1965 Ford 2000 Diesel is better off with the patience and passion for the journey that you've shared, and next winter I want to do a full ground up refresh on my 48' 8n I've recently purchased. I am sad the pigs are gone but I do understand I raised kune kunes for many years and it went well in the beginning but after awhile it was rough so we decided to butcher ours and we will be doing what you are going to do raise a couple at a time that will be best for our homestead .I was just burnt out unfortunately.I am happy you are back in the swing of things :)

Pete we enjoy watching your videos with our morning cup of coffee. We appreciate you sharing your farm with us. Reminds of the days as a kid working on our farm and helping our neighbors at harvest time. Nice that you were able to donate the pigs to the local food pantry. Please just keep doing what you are doing. Maintenance on equipment is very important. My grandpa had maintenance of equipment as part of his routine. You don’t want your equipment to fail when you need it for harvesting. I like watching your work on the tractors as well.
