Me and my family used to go here a lot when I was a little kid haven’t been in along time but I’m pretty sure that little caesars used to be a Krispy Kreme where were from in Georgia they aren’t very common so we used to always stopped by there early in the morning when we’d stay in a hotel nearby. And that go kart track with the pumpkin house out front was one of my favorite places to visit along with the arcade with the alien busting out of the wall above the front door. I really enjoyed this video and seeing all these things I hadn’t seen in a long time. It’s nice to know that a lot of it is still there.

I have fond memories of the Smoky Mountain Knifeworks! My family lived in Madison, TN and we went to the Knifeworks when I was young one day because my parents wanted me to see just how big a polar bear is in person. It’s one of those nostalgic places for me, even though it is filled with taxidermy lol

I just asked my aunt in Farragut, she said yes they do. Should be pulling in around 4:00pm and the fried chicken with collards will be ready by 5:00. Crack open a cold beer and enjoy some spring weather after being stuck in this deep freeze for 4 months.

I live in Gatlinburg and we want you here. Just please throw your trash in the trash cans. They have them every 20 feet but for some strange reason, people who visit want to throw their trash on the ground and in the river.

We are here for nature.. We love these mountains more than people who live here. 99% of our time is in the Great Smoky Mountains and I am not talking about Laurel Falls and flip flops pushing baby strollers. We spend majority of our time away from people.

Glad you enjoy that tacky mess. You're welcome to it. My family has lived in Sevier Co. since the late 18th century. I had to move because I simply couldn't deal with the traffic, low wages and the many rude tourist. Maybe visitors should be more considerate and respectful while they are guests in someone else's home.

The half a bridge was formerly the Mountain Dew sky bridge. It had a glass section it was more an observation deck. Also had a zip line that went across the French river and had these jet boats to ride which locals where very against due to causing so much wake.

7:38 A lot of those swords are from video games as well. All the big key swords are from kingdom hearts i think, the shield on the left is from Zelda. Those double bladed swords with the handle in between them, in the second cabinet are energy swords from Halo. Then the axe in the bottom left corner is from Assassins creed. The 2nd highest sword in the second cabinet is from an anime called Sword Art Online its called the Elucidator and the character who owns it is called Kirito. I don't recognise any of the other swords but if it's a katana or looks like one its probobaly from an anime.

The fireworks store used to be Gorilla Fireworks it had been there for years that’s the reason for the gorillas. I was born and raised in sevierville and man has a lot changed since my childhood. The little Caesars in pigeon forge used to be Krispy Kreme donuts until they had to upsize and build new.
