I had this issue mainly when I ran. I found doing strengthening exercises helped a lot. I used exercise bands and worked my hips every other day. After a couple of months I no longer over pronated and my foot goes straight when running. I would love to make a trip to NY to see what Dr. Suh could do for my lower back and neck problems.

Can pigeon toeing in an elderly person be corrected? I noticed that my mom has a pigeon toeing walk and she now has knee pain.

You did a wonderful job correcting that leg. My daughter's has both of her foot pointing inward. The left more so then other. The older she is getting, the more pain she is feeling on her left feet, especially at nights. She's only 4 and her pediatrician says it will correct itself. I would be very nervous having her see a chiropractic at that age. Any thoughts?

Pediatric chiropractic is highly recommended to prevent further neurological and physical damage to a developing child's structure. You should definitely look into it.

sam knee Really inquire & research to find a good chiropractor or bodywork/physical therapist. There’s also ART (active release therapy) and that can be practiced by chiropractors, PT’s, massage therapists. Dr. Suh is a Gonstead chiropractor and that is usually a higher standard and more specific in how adjustments are made. He is a truly skilled doctor.

Went to sleep Sunday fine, then woke up Monday with executing lower back pain that wraps around into my groin. Can barely lift myself up, and sitting is painful. I went to a local chiropractor and all they did was throw a tens unit on my back with heating pad, then had me lay on my side and cracked my back. They didn't do anything you do in your videos... :( they didnt bother to even test where the pain is. Been to them twice. Same thing, just 60 dollars poorer. I live upstate ny and I'm tempted to come all the way to NYC just to get real work done. Was so bad and painful I went into the ER, where they did xray and MRI. . . They said all looks normal?
