They are Robert and very entertaining, they love to be around people, I have one here with me now, little Archie, took in 10 years ago when he was poorly and he's been with me ever since x He still sees his friends everyday but he loves his cuddles x

Thank you very much Richard X It's usually Sparrow Hawks I get here, I've lost count of how many times I've chased them, I managed to get out just in time one day as one had a hold of Frosty here, the white pigeon, thought I was going to have a heart attack, sadly haven't always been so lucky though x It can be here for weeks then goes away for a while but you just never know when it's going to return x

@@richardhughes1076 I'm not sure Richard but the locals would say far too many, I've got some more night time videos I'll put on to show how many are under my arch at the minute for a few months there was only about 10 under the arch but when it comes to moulting time, usually August September they all seem to pile in and there are a lot of ringed ones came in, in the last few weeks, never seen me before but they all know me, when they're ill they sit on my doorstep and won't budge, there is a lot though, there are local lofts but I think most of the ringed here are lost from races further afield, they might be local but not sure, the lad that came to clean my gutters said his friend had been wondering where all his pigeons had gone, he said, Ill have to tell him ''they're all here!'' x

@juliemaddern can't wait for the videos to see how many there are. Have you got many babies. In all honesty if there's alot with rings on I expect local fancier will collect to get birds back to there owners has some fanciers are completely wiped out

@@richardhughes1076 I've got a few babies, three at the minute, well two and one teenager, just working out how to get my bins past them tonight😆there have been a quite a few babies this year, last few years hasn't been good for them due to sparrow hawks but they've had a few this year, I think I've probably seen approx 16 this is probably their best so far as normally something gets to them when they're very young. I'll have to see how to get in touch with local lads as they're welcome to come and have a look and if they could get them all home that would be great, you've seen them flying, there is a lot that live local on the roofs etc, some have been here for a quite a few years but there are a lot of very recent ones, obviously lost in races, they just get so close so quickly x The first thing I learnt about Pigeons when they first arrived is they never do as they are told , they do as they please they are the most stubborn birds ever but so loveable x

Hi Kevin - No frosty is a feral pigeon, he's a beauty though, he's actually the son of the pigeon I took took in poorly, Archie x Although I think his Mrs was having an affair as they were both dark
