Well, I guess it would depend upon whether or not this reality/universe’s Metro events still happened in other universes. For example, this technically only happened because Bunny survived in this universe, but it’s unlikely that she did in other universes, so Penelope would probably not be more damaged if we ever saw her again-unless she does get run over again due to a different course of events.
