I have to get some flocking and try this! Seems like every time I use flesh colored pigment in silicone it comes out too dark and kinda orangey….this method gave a good pale base to darken as needed with paint 👍

Hello! Is it possible to use basic acrylic paint as pigment for a silicone mold?

I don't recommend it. Some brand and some colors will inhibit or contaminate silicone. Test first.

. Olá, sou desde Brasil. Posso pintar silicone sem os componentes A e B? Tinta para dar cor, que fixe no silicone. Queria pintar boneca Amanda da Mattel. Elas são de silicone e estão desbotadas. Desde já agradeço.

@@zildalastname4735 Silicone must be painted with more silicone. SAM-32 is a good 1 component material for painting silicone.
