Chef Tip: make the almond paste at least a day or two ahead for the best flavor. If you do go to Mike’s in the North End you should try one with your cannoli. Mangia!

I'm making this one too if my food processor allows it. No salt on this one? A slight drizzle of salty caramel on top of this would have done weird things to me.

A little flakey salt on these would not be a bad thing at all
