Broome is good. These guys used to play in a band called Scrap Metal, loved 'em. Much better doing this sort of music. Broome and the North West, fantastic place and people.

I can't believe this doesn't have more likes. I admit Broome is too far from anywhere for most people, but the town and the Pigram Brothers are so amazing! A certain world number one author who died a couple of years ago kept a property in Broome, if that helps. And the Pigram Brothers are just so much of what is still right with the world. (Australian Aborigines all have accents a bit like that, you'll get used to it.)

I am tired of Perth, I don't want to visit my beloved Sydney, I love Tokyo, but I don't wanna go there. Bangalore and Delhi really I love, as I do Algiers. I adore North Carolina Barbecue (The Murphy House - now closed, in Louisburg!). I miss my friends in Texas, and I loved working in Cambridge England. Opelousas Louisiana was the best as is Hong Kong. BUT MAN I MISS BROOME!

Very underrated these musical brothers! Not as popular as they should be mainly because most of us do not relate to good music! I nhave been a fan of these guys since about 1983. I have not seen them live since about '85. Gotta fix that!

I immediately recognised the lead singers voice from a band called Scrap Metal from the early 90s. I bought their album which had some great songs including Derby Town which is near Broome so assume it’s the same guys. Great music.
