Sometimes I feel like the decline of players in SC2 is mostly due to them meeting Florencio on ladder. I'd love me some more ghetto birds action but I really cannot complain about the lack of entertainment when I see a Widow Mine scoring +30 kills.

The Shredder, Rocksteady, Bebop, and the Foot Clan were surface dwelling. The TMNT were the sewer dwellers. Pig for someone that uses ninja turtle jokes all the time, you could take the 30 seconds to read the wiki page and learn some of the back story.

I guess Hellions kind of have a place in a mech army. But I think the surprise comes from the fact Florencio mostly uses harassment units...en masse. Most people can deal with a reaper, a dual hellion run by, a few cloaked banshees. Most people will just be utterly confused why they got attacked by a group of 5 reapers, 8 hellions and 10 banshees one after the other.

He legit plays in lower leagues as Terran. I think his Zerg made Master's league? It's some grey area between off-racing and smurfing IMO. I mean with Flo, is he ever not smurfing? Is he ever honorably try-harding? O.o

It's not smurfing if he does it consistently. Smurfs intentionally lose games to get weaker opponents; that's not what's happening here.
