As someone who has gone to many basketball game, Wednesdays are always the lowest attended games. Here's the main reason: church. I never went to a Wednesday game because I chose to go to church over a basketball game. If the game was at 8p.m., the game would have been much better attended.

Thing i see most of these games dont matter other than you learn from it and you win enough to get to the NCAA tournament. Then its being lucky enough to get in a bracket that top teams get knocked off without being one. But you can lose to a top four team in the first or second round. Does that make you bad or just unlucky?

Guys...I love the show. Mike has almost been here as long as I have and Courtney is damn good.. But c'mon guys. It's Texas Week and you do the first half of the show on basketball? Really? I understand that a vocal minority of the fan base is tied to getting rid of Sam and that everyone is excited about Calipari. But let me say it again: It's Texas Week! And while the whining and moaning about the football program goes on, we're 5-4, 3-3 with a good chance of getting to 7-5, 4-4! That would be a great turnaround considering Vegas had our over/under at 4.5 wins this season. Although it's been uneven, we've shown great progress and will continue to do so with our CURRENT staff. And it's Texas Week! There's plenty of time to evaluate this basketball team (and I know Courtney is from a basketball family!) but it's TEXAS WEEK! One more point re. the show. Courtney is 100% correct about the "Fair Market Value" aspect that collectives will supposedly be governed by. If I paid George Clooney $1 mil to be my spokesman - even though I only pd my previous spokesman $1000 - that would be legal. If I want the best 2 OT's and the best 2 CB's in the portal next yr to come to Arkansas and I'm willing to "hire" them for $1 mil each to be my spokesmen that would violate "FMV." Really? The Supreme Court ruled that compensation issues involving student-athletes violated anti-trust laws and that led to the House Case that is currently being ironed out. "FMV" will be a blatant violation of anti-trust laws!
