no he straps one to his body to prevent him from killing his opponents, which quite frankly is the height of bassassery ! But for some moves he looses this dicipline and juts goes crazy( always loved that super :) )

Ibuki is hard to face when you are Makoto. Ibuki is way too quick, and Makoto is really slow.

If you think that Makoto is slow then you obviously have never played/mastered the art of rindo-kan karate.
