Love the vibe and the amazing kitchen. Scones are always a hit. A word of advice to all lovers if baking.... ALWAYS, ALWAYS weigh your ingredients, NEVER EVER trust the weight shown on the packaging. Many times I have come short after emptying the package, just to realize, here in Kenya, we are always short changed.... And KEBS is too busy to verify that the manufacturer has the true weights .....some packages have a GROSS weight or a NET weight indicated. Please go the extra mile to weigh all your ingredients as directed by the recipes. You will be shocked at what you find. Be very blessed, loved and highly favoured. Have fun and keep learning.
