I was lucky to catch this scene when a small pike tried to attack a relatively big perch (and failed). Check the reaction of the perch

I truly regret all the years of my youth, when I swam lakes and rivers, before I knew about masks and snorkels!

small pike attacked a bigger perch. Not my best video but interesting to see it on a large screen. Probably not visible on a tiny phone screen

@@secretsofthelake1966 here’s a great story going back to 1993 I’m a huge fan of tropical fish I’ve always had big aquariums ever since I started working at age 17 I love tropical fish especially chiclids I had a 125 gallon tank that I saved for and was proud to set up in my bed room in my moms house she was fine with it I had a tiger Oscar a jack Dempsey some tin foil barbs & bala sharks they keep the tank moving some clown loaches I love clown loaches a five star general one of the most aggressive fish for its size and two pike cichlids back in the day I fed them feeders goldfish on one occasion I threw 100 feeders in the tank because I knew my Oscar was good for 25 by himself what I didn’t account for is those pikes have a vorousous appetite and the ate until they bust the next morning both my pikes were upside down with their stomachs exploded belly up unbelievable I got lots of fish stories
