Hey Seth. I’ve been watching the channel for almost two years and the “eyes up, quick feet, pump arms” has really become a mantra for me as I train for my college lacrosse season. It’s super simple but it really does the job during those tough workouts. Keep it up!

QD: Life is bringing me oodles of joy. I love my wife, my job, my family, my friends, my health, . All of my adventuring wouldn't mean much if I didn't have people to share the experience with. Saturday I was able to set a PR with 27mi and 8000ft gain in the mountains near Leavenworth WA. How lucky am I to be able live my dreams!

To say experience isn’t much without those to share it worth Is not a kind thing to say- not everybody has somebody. And one should be able to be content in their own company. To say experience isn’t worth much unless you can share it is soooooooooooooooo wrooooooong. And selling yourself short. But it is also an unkind thing to say

Making meal preps for a training week is what’s making me happy right now. Love snacking whatever I’m making, and right now it’s yellow peppers with yellow pepper with cheese sauce (Peruvian recipe). Love watching your videos, thanks for the inspiration!

QD: I have been watching your channels since Before the shed became a shoeudio. Your content has always been positive, family and community oriented. Some of your blogs are very refreshing, although I can't always relate as a runner due to my lack of experience, I respect your advice, I have gotten good results for many things you have suggested. Keep blogging and I will keep watching. Gracias.

This was the inspiration I needed today. Did a 16 mile training run up and down barr over the weekend. It's a killer, I think the down may be even more difficult than the up. Training for my first Pikes Peak marathon, thanks for inspiring us every day Seth!! QD: My wife and I just found out we are expecting our 2nd child. I'm so excited. These last few vlogs have honestly brought me to tears.

Thank you for all of your videos on Pikes Peak. I “ran” the ascent this year and your videos helped me gauge what terrain to expect. I flew in from the east coast so didn’t have much to go off of otherwise. The race was an amazing experience and hope to do the marathon next year.

Hi Seth! I am about to move to Colorado and to start my Colorado trailrunning "career" I figured I'd sign up for the Pikes Peak Ascent. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all the amazing videos you've made about this race. I am from The Netherlands, one of the flattest countries on planet earth, and coming from sea level I felt like the Ascent is going to be the perfect inaugural race for me in Colorado. ;-)

Cannot wait to see you get after it at Pike's Peak Marathon. I don't know if Andy Wacker is planning on doing the Ascent or the full but it would be so fun to see you guys compete. He's been on a tear lately...Andy Wacker vs 2 time defending champ...fireworks for sure.

:QOD: I have a daughter entering her sophomore year in HS. One year ago she came to the realization she was not a sprinter and asked me to help her learn how to become a distance runner. She completed one year of cross country and ran the 800 and 1600 in track. Talking with her today it’s more than apparent she has fallen in love with running. That brings me so much joy.

QD: today I ran my local five mile route and it went the same as before I blew my ankle back in January. It’s been 6 months but I have gotten back to where I was… which was just after a bout of Rona. While I have a long way to go, I’ve reached a goal on the way to getting back to where I was. I must keep inching forward by turning that knob!
