Great to see you Seth! You are still amazing and loved the mother's day family time 💞

Awful review imo. The outsole is at least 8/10, the midsole is top, the price tends to be better than Deviate Nitro's 2 and Saucony Speed 3, the energy return is more than decent

I would have to try on first. Though liking the design and look on this one! I wish there was option for this in a non GTX option with the boot collar to help keep the debris out. Since it is GTX should be better in wet conditions, and not so great I imagine for breathability on hotter trail days! 🥵

Just picked up the 17s in wide. Think they may have improved lock-down. I get no swim in the wides. Every thing else about this review holds. TANKS, wouldn’t be my go-to for light, well-maintained trail runs. But would be great for more aggressive trails. Also 2 years into Brooks Glycerin street runners, incredible durability. Thanks for the review!

Happy Mothers' day to Brigid and Seth's mom! And onward and upward Seth! "Getting older, getting stronger and faster" is a great mantra. I ran 15k on Tuesday HK time. It was the first blue sky after weeks of storms in Hong Kong. It was hard due to the hot temperature and the return of uncomfortable humidity. But yeah I made it somehow.😅❤

The mini fridge in the bedroom is a game changer! We got one when we had our son because we were tired of walking downstairs for milk. Now it’s holder of all snacks. I believe it should be a part of every bedroom!

Everything you said in this video, makes so much sense. I got the (widely recommended) Brooks Ghost 15 because I simply just wanted a "good" running shoe. But the times i have worn them I get shin pain and I'm stubborn, yes, so I think "it's not the shoe, I'll work on my running form". But I really have to face the truth. I have also been using them to strength train my leg muscles and have been suspecting that my calves are not getting stronger. Now this makes so much sense to me. Thank you for this video - I'm greatly going to consider what you said. Now, what to do with those Brooks but wear them casually..

It's great that you think in terms of your running in decades. Life is life and we all have our separate paths and we do the best that we can so don't let anyone's comment pull your thoughts away from doing what is best for you and your family. Congrats by the way on the new additions. That's joyous news in itself! As an "older" running, late 50s I certainly have those thoughts from time to time about whether I want to continue doing marathons or heck, even just racing anymore. It's part of the process and at the end of the day as long as we're able to just get out there and feel good about the fact that we're blessed to have running as our passion, we can't really ask for too much more. Keep on keeping on Seth. It's been a fun ride so far.
