Pikmin Hack - Glitched bad ending

Dolphin is smashed to pieces and no Onion is nearby.* Also, I noticed that when day 30 ends, Olimar stops and turns his head, but on every area he looks straight into the camera, as he was breaking the fourth wall and looking at the player instead.

It looks like the camera pans differently if the blue onion is discovered and blue pikmin are not / are discovered. It's accompanying for three pikmin in the shot, since the developers likely expected you to have Yellow Pikmin acquired as well by the time you find Blue Pikmin.

Don't think that's possible. Due to how the game is coded (I assume), the game counts on how many ship parts you have, and if you have the perfect ship together, I (think) it counts as part of a perfect ending nonetheless, especially if you just wanted it to play the bad ending. Now, model swapping, sure, that will be possible, but I'd love to see that happen.

I know how you can get the bad ending with the perfect ship though! Get all the parts that change the ships appearance, but don’t collect enough of the ones that don’t.

@@GummyPikminProductions That wouldn't work. When the Dolphin is missing any part except the Secret Safe, it still has two panels open where the Ionium Jets go. Thus, it's still slightly incomplete.

Try to move the onion somewhere else with it, maybe then the cutscene will play.

The cutscene can only play when the red onion is there. Any other onion can't do it, no matter where the location of the onion it is at.

It will most likely play the cutscene for ending the day from being that you clicked the option to do so while it saying Olimar is down.
