With anything overactive , it’s best to do relaxation, breathing, stretch and release exercises. So best not to do this exercise 👍

Hi, it’s worth a try. Popping in the hip can be complicated to fix. If it doesn’t improve after 2 weeks then you should it checked by your Doctor or a Physio. 👍

Emily Haines hi, it can be but it depends on what stage are you are ( 3-7 months is usually ok), how fit you are (if you were fit and did these type of exercises before pregnancy) and if you are a low risk pregnancy If this is you then give them a gentle try and build it up slowly. Best of luck
