Good morning. Q: Are there exercises you can do to strengthen the small group of muscles you reference at 1:23 into this video? I am definitely finding the Neck Pull a challenge but I am breaking down the movements into smaller steps and working towards figuring it out. Thank you for the great tips on how to properly do this stretch.

The workout on Pilatesology titled Favorite Mat: pilatesology.com/classes/favorite-mat/ has a section that works on those upper ab muscles. If you are somewhat new to Pilates this is a very common area of weakness and might just need more time.

This is a mat from Gratz equipment. here is a link: www.pilates-gratz.com/ They still use the original blueprints and manufacturing specs that Joe passed to Donald Gratz all those years ago. These are hand made too... We even did a Gratz tour and you can see it in the interviews and discussions section on the website.. Have a great day!
