I am finally out of the pilates studios and in my home with my own Flexia reformer and I have to say that your workouts are better than any subscription service out there. I LOVE the addition of weights and heavy springs for muscle development, your ability to flow from one exercise into another and your clean straightforward approach to each movement allows me to have the most incredible workout everrrrr, thank you!!!!!

Amazing classss!!!! I am an instructor and don’t have the motivation to “teach” and push myself like I do with my students most of the time. Our energy I think goes mostly on our students neglecting ourselves sometimes. This class your cueing and the dynamic is really helpful. For someone as experienced as a teacher is an amazing class. Thank you for your sharing!😊

Whew-that was a fire reformer class. Loveddd all the combo movements, the weights...yeppp pretty much everything about this class!! As a yoga and pilates teacher, I get bored easily, and this class kept me guessing and my muscles firing. Thank you! :)
