35 min Pilates reformer workout targeting the full body using a variety of Stott Pilates exercises with fun challenges and modifications! Second half of the workout incorporates the BOX (exercises may be modified without, ex: seated/kneeling on the reformer) Get ready for an awesome workout!

This is the second video of yours I’m doing after a shoulder injury and some knee issues (from years ago) and I’m so glad you have included all the cues on which muscles to initiate with, how not over extend into our knee, etc. Thank you for taking the time to do those things. I thought I’d be so sore after, and yes, I’m sore, but my knee isn’t swollen and my shoulder feels even better! Hoping to continue with more of your videos to help me strengthen. I’ve missed doing pilates!!!

Just found your channel last week and am really enjoying your workouts! I enjoy your teaching style - very clear, pleasant voice and tempo - and am enjoying the exercises - interesting and they do the job! I especially enjoy the 35-40 minute routines, which work well with the time I have. Thank you and keep them coming!

Just got my own reformer after 6 years of classes. I really enjoy your teaching style. If you can, can you make the audio clearer? It’s hard to understand some of the things you’re saying. Thank you for putting these workouts up here!

wonderful work thank you! So enjoying your workouts. I run the playback at 0.75 speed (in the settings wheel, bottom right of frame) as the transitions are unfamiliar and the pace is better for me as I gain familiarity. Peace & Namaste.

I tend to naturally keep my workouts more fast pace so it's great to know about that option, but also to learn that I could possibly verbalize transitions better and/or preface what's coming next . Hey Dez. Did my first session today on my wife's reformer. She's been banging on about me doing one for over a year now and I've finally got round it. It was great, thank you. Can I ask which workout video is best for me to grow my chest and biceps? Would it be the obvious upper body one or do you have another I can't find?

Hi Eddie! So glad you finally tried out the reformer and that you enjoyed it. Yes I only have the one “upper body” specific. I typically go for just the full body all around so every workout will incorporate at least some chest and bicep work... I would suggest just trying some out and seeing if there is one in particular that you find gives you what you are looking for. Appreciate the message and support!

If I am feeling that donkey kick series in my lower back what should I do to try and prevent that?

Genevieve I’m so sorry I just realized I never replied to your message! If you are still experiencing this lower the spring tension and shorten your range of motion. Hope this helps. Again I apologize for the delayed response.

Ha it's definitely a fun option to change things up, but not necessary. I try to give modifications throughout the workout as well as in the video description in order to still do this workout and others without a box as I know not everyone has one! Let me know if you decide to still give it a try and if you have any questions!

Thank you Georgia. I'm sorry you feel that way about the breathing. I am pretty passionate about the emphasis on breathing and how much it can change and benefit the way each exercise is executed plus the results to follow, so I don't see it changing in my workouts, but I do understand where you are coming from and appreciate the feedback. Glad you enjoyed the workout!
