This is the second video of yours I’m doing after a shoulder injury and some knee issues (from years ago) and I’m so glad you have included all the cues on which muscles to initiate with, how not over extend into our knee, etc. Thank you for taking the time to do those things. I thought I’d be so sore after, and yes, I’m sore, but my knee isn’t swollen and my shoulder feels even better! Hoping to continue with more of your videos to help me strengthen. I’ve missed doing pilates!!!

wonderful work thank you! So enjoying your workouts. I run the playback at 0.75 speed (in the settings wheel, bottom right of frame) as the transitions are unfamiliar and the pace is better for me as I gain familiarity. Peace & Namaste.

Hey Dez. Did my first session today on my wife's reformer. She's been banging on about me doing one for over a year now and I've finally got round it. It was great, thank you. Can I ask which workout video is best for me to grow my chest and biceps? Would it be the obvious upper body one or do you have another I can't find?

Hi Eddie! So glad you finally tried out the reformer and that you enjoyed it. Yes I only have the one “upper body” specific. I typically go for just the full body all around so every workout will incorporate at least some chest and bicep work... I would suggest just trying some out and seeing if there is one in particular that you find gives you what you are looking for. Appreciate the message and support!

Ha it's definitely a fun option to change things up, but not necessary. I try to give modifications throughout the workout as well as in the video description in order to still do this workout and others without a box as I know not everyone has one! Thank you Georgia. I'm sorry you feel that way about the breathing. I am pretty passionate about the emphasis on breathing and how much it can change and benefit the way each exercise is executed plus the results to follow, so I don't see it changing in my workouts, but I do understand where you are coming from and appreciate the feedback.
