Aww you are so sweet Eleni. I have to admit holiday season got me with lots of good food and so I ate much more than what I needed. But didn’t regret as it’s such a good time with family. I feel good inside out with working out daily. Hope you enjoying this series. Keep me posted 💛

What with gym being closed & weather outside being miserable & cold... am really struggling for motivation to do any kind of workout . Wow, loved it this was a an oblique burner workout, the variations in the side planks were so challenging and did challenge my obliques, thank you my dearest Hannah❤️❤️

Hannah.. i dont understand series workouts we should do it everyday or we can choose one to follow,, i mean for example today i do day 1 workout for the tomorrow i should do day 2? Because i want to follow it but i cant exercise everyday
