Misdirection! I felt like I could do this comfortably, but gosh! the burn in my arms! Hannah, what a fantastic workout once again.

A great upper body workout Hannah. I paired this with day 62 for a longer workout and it was a great combo. Thank you 🙏🏻 🥰

Started on 1st of December and persistent daily. Wish there is a timer on videos just as at the beginning. Anyway grateful 🙌 Thank you 🙏

Hannah, I have not done this workout yet...my father came to visit! YAY!! I wanted to stop by and wish you and you hubby and Bur a beautiful Thanksgiving and I hope you are able to take time to really appreciate all the good things you have in your lives and also the good you share with other. You are on my list of thankfuls 😘❤🥭

I always wake early so I did this while the guys are still asleep...my arms feels strong and ready to get Christmas decorations out of the attic today 😃🎄❤🥭
