Hi Hannah! Guess what, for me this month marks 1 YEAR of working out with you! I found Moving Mango (then Pilates With Hannah) last Oct and it has CHANGED SO MUCH FOR ME in terms of how I approach exercise ( I was a distance runner for years!) I have been consistently doing your workout 5 - 6 days a week (I usually combine 2 of the 30 minute sessions) this year. My back pain has gone (I'm a writer so I spend a lot of time sitting down and last year no day ended without some sort of pain in my back and arm) you kept me uplifted and moving during quarantine and I LOVE the improvement in tone and muscle. Most of all, I just really enjoy working out *with* you. Thank you for all you do, your commitment to consistency delivering fantastic sessions and your calm and encouraging voice. You rock Hannah! x

What I love about these as it sneakily works my abs and forces me to strengthen my side glutes which is great for an injury I have! Ty

During this pandemic, most days I don't want to exercise or I just want an exercise that doesn't "feel" like an exercise (no jumping or strenuous fast paced movement). Yoga is good, but then it is too slow (I know, too picky, just looking for excuses not to workout). But I loved this one. In the middle of the workout, I got my ankle weights out for some extra burn. SOOO relaxing and energizing!

i really enjoyed today d combination of poses was really good... but the last exercise end on the knee twist n then toes touching ground didnt agree with my knees otherwise one of d very effective postions....thanks
