The arm workout was a real burner, a masterpiece cause dumbells can't work this way the arms. I am so happy to be following the fall pillates series lovely Hannah, thank you so much ❤️

Hello Hannah!!! Today I've chosen to do the two sessions of Day29 and 30. Just done it and feel really so good! My upper arms have strongly burnt even I'm sued to practice arms workout. Yessss, as usual you know to choose the correct exercises which work effectively. Thanks sweet teacher and see you tomorrow! Lots of love. Namaste.

I would love an 'Ask Moving Mango' episode about the side leg series, specifically those exercises we did in this work out. I find balancing on the hip bone very difficult, and it is even quite painful on my hip bone. Also, when straightening my legs in this position, if the bottom leg is on the ground, I can't put the upper leg on the bottom leg without destabilizing the hips.

I’ll definitely make a video for it soon 💛 for the position you mentioned, let try to squeeze your butt, your thighs and pull the belly button in at the same time. Also stick your forearm (the one on top) to your ribs so you have more support, and avoid your hips moving forward. Hope it helps 🤗 let me know how it goes!

Loved this Hannah!can you do some more upper body with weights? I love to work my arms ,I hate the batwings,but don't think ill ever get rid of them,I just keep working my body n I feel amazing😍

I had to put my arms down twice for a second or two if I am honest. I had a slight break from your classes so still getting back into shape. ThankS though I loved doing arms again! I might take that and link with other work outs Each day until I don’t need to put my arms down! Thanks as always! 🌸

amazing my body is missing your pilates! i haven't forgotten you, i have exams and i am so busy, i am going for a walk 30 minutes per day because other than that i am at home 24/7

Hi, I have A question - what exercises can we do to improve the condition/reduce discomfort of the sciatic nerve? My right leg is very sore at times, but your exercises do generally improve it. I would love to have something specific just for this. Thank you!

Hi Kathryn, I’m so happy that you came to me with this question. Please make sure you check with you doctor to see if there is any medical help needed. In general I would say there’s no one-size-fits-all exercise for people who have sciatic nerve pain. You can keep doing normal workout but make sure to modify and listen to your body more, reduce the range of movements and make it easier when you need, to feel good. Besides workout, ice pack might help relieve pain too. I will try to make a video for this sometimes. Hope my answer helps 💛

The first part is focused on your arms but also you can engage your core while sitting to support your back and strengthen those abs and hips 💛
