Morning hannah, I love your workouts but I wondered if you could do a workout or several workouts aimed at 50 plus age?? I don't have time to workout everyday , 2/3 times at the most , and when I do I'm not sure which workouts I should be doing to get the best results. So any suggestions would be great 👍

Any workouts that work the best for your current physical strength is great. I would suggest you to try the playlist: Pilates for beginners first to see, or you can start with the 30 days of Light series I’m doing now, I always give modifications in my workouts. So as long as you listen to your body and do within your limit, it will be good 💛 hope it helps and let me know if you still have any question!
