Thanks Hanna for the workout it went by quickly...I did the entire arms exercise so felt grt at the end....and the cool down was much appreciated at the end... always like ur calm energy in the videos.

Hello Hannah!!! Waow... my routine is so great today with your last sessions!!! Yesss... I didn't have time to follow you those last two days, and finally I can take time for me today!!! So, Just have it done and feel so peaceful! Thank you my friend to get found such amazing exercises with weights without any pain in spite of the tendinitis of my wrists!!!
