Hello Hannah!!! Waow... my routine is so great today with your last sessions!!! Yesss... I didn't have time to follow you those last two days, and finally I can take time for me today!!! So, Just have it done and feel so peaceful! Thank you my friend to get found such amazing exercises with weights without any pain in spite of the tendinitis of my wrists!!! Wow, something different, weight training! I will pass onto my wife, she does weight training 2-3 times a week. 👍
